What Makes Bell Academy Special

Bell-Specific Training

FlightSafety Bell Academy is the authorized training provider for all Bell helicopter models. From the Bell 206 JetRanger to the Bell 525 Relentless, they offer factory-authorized initial, recurrent, and transition training that meets Bell's exacting standards.

Turbine Transition

Moving from piston to turbine helicopters is one of the biggest steps in a rotorcraft pilot's career. FlightSafety's turbine transition course provides comprehensive ground and flight training on Bell turbine models, with emphasis on power management and emergency procedures.

Advanced Maneuver Training

Beyond standard ratings, FlightSafety offers advanced courses in mountain flying, offshore operations, NVG (night vision goggle) operations, and external load/sling work. These courses prepare pilots for the most demanding helicopter missions.

Level D Simulators

FlightSafety's Bell simulators are Level D certified — the highest level of qualification. The Bell 412, 429, and 407 simulators provide realistic training scenarios including autorotations, vortex ring state recovery, and emergency procedures that are too dangerous to practice in the actual aircraft.
